Biblio: Enter the medium

Biblio finishes off one of the 2 imps from when we left off. Seimei destroys the others with a book called “The encyclopedia of Hoof beasts.” It rose in levels to level 2. DictionOwl Sprite informs Biblio that they need to be collecting grist and building a path to the next level which is above the hive. Thus starts the tag team operation of fighting, collecting, building. Biblio tries to ascend the levels as Seimei constructs them. Once again Biblio picks up a slate grist and licks it, Bleh~! It tastes like concrete. Most of what he is fighting are slate imps and he manages to rise in levels during this process. Seimei finished the pathway just as a crude ogre makes it’s way up the side of the hive. Biblio attempts to fight it but the Ogre proves too much and at the last minute he jumps thru the gate into the medium.

He is now in the Land of Words and Red Ink. It seems to be a temperate climate, with villages similar to that in medieval times, and it’s inhabited by frilled lizards. They take him inside so that he may rest.
